The Opportunity
This is a door-to-door (D2D) sales role combined with project management responsibilities. Youll generate leads inspect roofs help homeowners through the insurance process close deals and manage projects from start to finish.

No roofing experience No problem. We provide hands-on training and support.
What Youll Do
- Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments
- Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
- Present solutions and close roofing contracts
- Manage projects from contract to completion
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the build
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality and timelines
- Collect payments and ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate referrals and build long-term relationships
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence talking to homeowners
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
- Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
- Comfortable working outdoors and door-to-door
- Sales experience is a plus (but not required)
- Valid drivers license (required)
- A pick-up truck is required or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire (mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to 90 days of paid training! Base per claim pay commission
- After training compensation moved to uncapped commission structure
- High earning potential (six-figure opportunity for top performers) first year sales reps $150K
