Sr. Group Product Manager Clinical Portfolio

Primary Function of Position
This role drives strategic product management for a robotic general surgery porfolio leading cross-functional teams and major business initiatives to deliver innovative and compliant products.
 

Essential Job Duties
Define product vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with company and market needs.
Oversee new product development commercial launch and lifecycle management.
Lead cross-functional teams for complex project execution (technical regulatory business).
Ensure department adherence to global regulatory requirements (FDA EU MDR ISO).
Forecast and manage portfolio budgets performance metrics and resource allocation.
Mentor and develop managers and team members in product management best practices.
Represent product management in executive forums and strategic initiatives.
Lead major complaint investigations recalls or field actions as needed.
Champion continuous improvement and process harmonization.
Analyze and respond to market trends competitor products and customer feedback.

Qualifications :

Required Experience and Education
Minimum 10 years experience in product management with a bachelors degree in engineering discipline or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Expert knowledge of global medical device regulations
Strategic portfolio planning and execution abilities
Budget and resource management skills
Advanced problem-solving and cross-functional leadership
Experience managing complex projects and large teams
Strong mentoring coaching and communication skills

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications.
