Are you a recent graduate with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity WPP is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Traineeto join our growing HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a background in Psychology Human Resources or a related field eager to kickstart their career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Candidate Identification:Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates using various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter job boards internal databases professional networks) for both technical (especially Data-related) and non-technical roles.
  • Candidate Management:Support the candidate lifecycle including initial resume screening candidate outreach and interview scheduling.
  • ATS Administration:Maintain and update candidate records accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Job Posting:Draft post and refresh engaging job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract diverse talent.
  • Operational Support:Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team such as preparing offer letters coordinating onboarding logistics and managing recruitment documentation.
  • Market Research:Conduct basic market research and talent mapping to understand industry trends competitor landscape and identify passive candidates.
  • Candidate Experience:Contribute to a positive and seamless candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
  • Special Projects:Participate in and support ad-hoc HR/TA projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or a closely related field. (Recent graduates highly encouraged to apply!)
  • Experience:No prior professional experience required; this is an entry-level trainee position designed for individuals eager to learn and grow.
  • Interest:A strong interest in Talent Acquisition the technology sector and specifically in Data roles (e.g. Data Scientists Data Engineers Business Intelligence Analysts).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive eager to learn and a self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a curious mindset.
