Job Summary
Beloit Auto & Truck Plaza isseekinga motivated and experiencedService Managerto lead and grow our Service Department. We are looking for theright leader someone with automotive service experiencestrong communicationskills and the drive to build a high-performing team.
Management experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong service background and leadership potential.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of the Service Department
Oversee service advisors and technicians
Drive customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor KPIs productivity and department profitability
Schedule workflow and manage repair order processes
Maintainstrong communicationbetween sales and service departments
Recruit train and develop team members
Ensure a positive professional customer experience
Qualifications
Automotive service experiencerequired(Advisor Technician Shop Foreman or Management)
Leadership mindset with strong organizational skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of dealership service operations preferred
Valid drivers license
