The Global Marketing Manager Nucleic Acid Therapeutics is responsible for developing and executing the Cytiva marketing plan to drive share gain in synthesis analysis and purification for nucleic acid-based therapeutics. The role includes market segmentation target persona development value propositions and omnichannel campaigns to build demand and accelerate funnel progression across priority customer segments (emerging biotech and advanced therapy developers.

This position reports to the Global Marketing Director Nucleic Acid & Nanomedicine. It is part of the Global Medicine Operating Company located in Marlborough MA or Vancouver BC and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Define and execute an awareness strategy for Cytivas nucleic acid therapeutics capabilities targeting CDMOs biotechs and biopharmas focused on advanced therapy manufacturing. Prioritize segments craft value propositions develop positioning and select the most effective channels to reach potential customers.

• Drive educationled demand by delivering webinars workshops usergroup events and thoughtleadership contentsuch as case studies and technical talksand track reach and engagement to demonstrate growing awareness and qualified interest.

• Lead integrated omnichannel campaignswebsite pages email nurtures targeted outreach and accountbased marketing (ABM)and align closely with Commercial and Field Marketing teams to convert interest into discovery calls.

• Activate ecosystem partnerships (e.g. cross-business-unit and cross-OpCo) to expand reach through joint marketing efforts and conferences.

• Capture the voice of the customer and drive continuous improvement by using customer insights and data analysis to refine marketing efforts establishing clear KPIs (awareness engagement qualified conversations) and applying Danaher Business System methods to optimize performance

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (marketing or business).

• 5 years in marketing or product management within life sciences biopharma or CDMO

• Demonstrated product/services launch success (endtoend launch ownership with measurable outcomes).

• Proven experience owning a portfolio revenue target and driving growth through campaigns and GTM execution.

• Budget management experience aligned to organizational goals (planning tracking optimization).

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to travel: 8-10% (customer visits internal meetings key conferences)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience working within a biopharma CDMO or life sciences company with a focus on advanced therapies (e.g. CGT mRNA) or bioprocessing.

• Experience collaborating with global colleagues across multiple geographies/time zones.

• Proficiency with martech/CRM (e.g. campaign automation pipeline analytics) and ABM strategies (industrystandard tools).

The annual salary range for this role is $120000-$130000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
