St. Thomas Community Health Center is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our clinic (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine).

We are driven by a shared vision of addressing long-standing disparities in healthcare promoting cultural humility and a welcoming environment while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Qualifications:

While we prefer 3 years of experience in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Medicine and Pediatrics.
Board-certified in ones specialty (or pending) by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) or American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
Provides exceptional culturally competent care to patients in a collegial atmosphere.

St. Thomas is an FQHC with a 39-year legacy of providing high-quality affordable comprehensive healthcare in the heart of New Orleans regardless of ability to pay. Our mission is to bridge the gap in healthcare access for those with limited options. We have 7 clinic locations in the New Orleans area and 4 in-house addition to comprehensive primary care we also provide specialty care in Cardiology HIV Care Rheumatology Pulmonology Neurology Nephrology OB/GYN and Optometry. We open Monday- Friday 7:30 am to 5 Pm. Saturday am clinics are available and provide additional compensation.
