Our Client a Karachi based company seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:
Key Responsibilities
- Identify develop and manage strategic alliances with relevant stakeholders in the non-fuel retail business.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate on joint initiatives aimed at driving growth improving customer experience and expanding the non-fuel retail business.
- Work closely with alliance partners to identify new products and services that can enhance the non-fuel retail offerings. Evaluate market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for diversification and expansion.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of alliance partnerships track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure regular reports on the effectiveness of alliance initiatives and their impact on non-fuel retail business revenue.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends competitive landscape and customer preferences in the non-fuel retail business. Utilize insights to develop strategies for gaining a competitive edge and capturing market share.
- Conduct regional vacant space analysis and determine potential sites for alliances and effective space utilization at ROs to generate revenues and customer experience.
- Achieve marketing and revenue objectives by forecasting requirements and performance evaluation through periodic reviews of targets and achievements.
- Oversee the execution of shop-in-shop partnerships and ensure seamless integration at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and dealers to execute alliance rollouts at designated outlets ensuring operational readiness visibility and adherence to brand guidelines and work closely with all stakeholders to resolve operational challenges related to alliances.
- Monitor and manage alliance receivables across the region ensuring timely collections financial discipline and accurate reporting.
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution in any discipline
Experience
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1 - 2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- This is a Lahore based position.
