We are representing a reputable law firm located at KUALA LUMPUR. As their expansion they are looking for a Accounts Cum Admin Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Handle bookkeeping and daily accounting entries
- Prepare and manage Office Accounts and Client Accounts
- Assist in billing invoicing and payment processing
- Maintain proper filing systems and administrative records
- Support general office administration and clerical duties
- Liaise with banks auditors and external parties as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping qualification or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience preferably in a legal firm
- Basic understanding of legal office procedures is an added advantage
- Familiar with preparing and handling both Office and Client Accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel accounting software and basic admin tools
- Good communication skills responsible and detail-oriented
Working Hour:
- Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
