Job Summary
Company Background:
We are representing our client a well-established manufacturing company in Klang. As their expansion they are currently hiring for a Production Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Production Execution
- Execute production plans according to schedule
- Ensure adherence to SOPs quality standards and safety requirements
- Monitor production output downtime and quality issues
Risk Identification & Escalation
- Identify production risks early and escalate promptly
- Prevent issues from turning into failures
- Ensure accurate reporting of production performance
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with maintenance QA warehouse and sales teams
- Coordinate handovers between shifts
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Shop Floor Leadership
- Supervise and guide supervisors and operators
- Enforce discipline and consistent standards across shifts
- Address operational issues directly and promptly
Requirements:
- 37 years experience in manufacturing operations
- Hands-on exposure to shop floor execution
- Experience working in shift-based production environments
Working Hours & Days: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary: RM 3500 - RM 6000 (Depends on Experience)
