Job Summary

Company Background

We are representing our client a well-establised apparel retail group with a strong presence in Singapore. Known for their contemporary and functional fashion collections and commitment to quality they cater to a wide range of customers through both physical stores and an expanding online platform.

As part of their expansion they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence across their retail network.

Work Location: Singapore
Attractive monthly performance bonuses (Based on individual and store performance)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day retail operations across outlets ensuring smooth efficient and customer-focused servie delivery.
Take full ownership of P&L performance implementing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets in alignment with senior management.
Lead train and motivate staff fostering a culture of teamwork accountability and professional growth.
Design coordinate and implement operational systems that enhance efficiency and deliver consisten excellence in customer experience.
Monitor and analyze operational performance providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with management on business development initiatives promotions and strategic projects.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven retail management experience preferably within fashion lifestyle or consumer goods.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop mentor and retain high-performing teams.
Solid understanding of P&L management and experience in executing strategies to drive sales growth.
Proactive resourceful and hands-on with strong ownership of results.
Proficiency in English Chinese and Malay is preferred to effectively liaise with diverse staff and customers.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with an eye for operational details and proces improvements.
