Job Summary
We are representing a leading integrated electronics and plastics manufacturer.
Position Title : QC/QA Manager
As the QC/QA Manager youll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing robust Quality Control procedures
- Setting and achieving departmental productivity and quality goals
- Leading root-cause analysis and resolution of quality issues (in-house & customer)
- Overseeing Engineering Change Notices (ECN) Packing Standards and QA documentation
- Acting as Quality Management Representative (QMR) and EHS Representative ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 IATF 16949 & ISO 13485
- Coordinating audits emergency meetings and external liaison for quality systems
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing team of quality engineers
- Managing departmental budgets resources and performance reviews
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science
- Minimum 5 years experience in a plastic injection moulding or engineering environment
- Strong leadership planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive independent mindset with a commitment to quality
- Willingness to be based in Rawang
