Job Summary

We are representing our client who are an interior design and construction firm that is based in Penang.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences requirements and budget constraints.
Develop comprehensive design plans including space layouts color schemes material selection and furniture recommendations.
Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
Stay informed on industry trends software updates and emerging technologies to continually enhance design capabilities.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in the field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Sketching 3D Max and SketchUp.
A minimum of a Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers.
