Job Summary
Company Background:
We are representing a multinational group that specialises in the production of high-voltage transformers and reactors.
Job Description:
- Oversee order processing from entry to delivery ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Evaluate and negotiate shipping methods and rates with carriers.
- Communicate with production and customers on order status updates and changes.
- Coordinate export shipments and necessary documentation with freight forwarders and customs.
- Monitor shipment activities for timely delivery.
- Ensure export documents (LC B/L COO etc.) are prepared and shared on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Production Purchasing) to meet customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve sales inquiries effectively.
- Prepare reports on sales data order status and customer feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors in related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export operation (Preferably in Manufacturing)
- Experience in export sea/air freight and customs processes preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
