Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform heat load calculations using HAP and other relevant software for HVAC system design and verification.
- Prepare review and validate mechanical shop drawings including HVAC plumbing drainage and related MEP systems.
- Coordinate closely with drafting teams to ensure accuracy compliance and timely submission of drawings.
- Provide technical guidance to draftsmen and ensure proper implementation of design intent in shop drawings.
- Review project specifications design drawings and BOQs to ensure technical compliance.
- Participate in coordination meetings with consultants contractors and other disciplines to resolve technical and design issues.
- Ensure all mechanical designs and drawings comply with applicable codes standards and project requirements.
- Support site teams with technical clarifications and resolve engineering-related issues during execution
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC design and heat load calculations using HAP software.
- Strong hands-on capability in mechanical drafting and preparation of shop drawings.
- Solid experience in coordinating with drafting teams and other MEP disciplines.
- Good understanding of international codes and standards related to HVAC and MEP systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
