Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil maintenance activities ensuring smooth facility operations and maintaining high standards of safety and quality within the premises.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of total work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM)
- CFM (Certified Facility Manager) certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of civil maintenance building systems and infrastructure
- Good understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all civil-related FM activities within the facility
- Ensure proper maintenance of buildings structures and infrastructure
- Coordinate with contractors vendors and internal teams for maintenance work
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and identify repair or improvement needs
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Prepare reports documentation and maintenance records
- Support budgeting and cost control for civil maintenance activities
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience working in a multinational environment
- Knowledge of FM systems and reporting tools
