Position Overview
We are currently hiring Virtual Travel Coordinators to support clients with planning organizing and booking personalized travel experiences. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy coordinating logistics providing customer support and working in a digital environment.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and onboarding are provided. We are onboarding multiple candidates.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and book flights hotels cruises and vacation packages

Assist clients with travel planning itinerary development and reservations

Communicate with clients via phone email and online platforms

Manage booking confirmations updates cancellations and schedule changes

Ensure accuracy of travel documentation and client records

Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure reservations

Stay informed on destination updates supplier promotions and travel policies
Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer service hospitality or administrative experience preferred

Comfortable working with online systems and digital tools

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
