Job Summary
Job Title: Accountant CNC Machining Shop
Location: Irvine CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Global leading manufacturer specializing in Electric and Hydraulic
products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and
- receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense tracking
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing
- Perform cost accounting related to production and inventory
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 3 years of accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience at a start up strongly preferred
- Familiarity with cost accounting inventory control and ERP systems
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
