The opportunity:
Join VCGSs Customer Care Group and play a vital role in supporting life-changing genetic testing this dynamic and people-focused role youll be at the centre of daily operations supporting health professionals clinics and patients through high-quality customer service accurate data entry and efficient administrative support. No two days will be the same with responsibilities spanning call centre support laboratory data processing and a variety of operational tasks.
About your new team
The Customer Care Group sits within the Laboratory Services Unit and provides essential pre- and post-analytical support services to VCGS.
