The opportunity:

Join VCGSs Customer Care Group and play a vital role in supporting life-changing genetic testing this dynamic and people-focused role youll be at the centre of daily operations supporting health professionals clinics and patients through high-quality customer service accurate data entry and efficient administrative support. No two days will be the same with responsibilities spanning call centre support laboratory data processing and a variety of operational tasks.

About your new team

The Customer Care Group sits within the Laboratory Services Unit and provides essential pre- and post-analytical support services to VCGS. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values accuracy professionalism and continuous learning making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a meaningful contribution to healthcare.

• Be the first point of contact supporting patients and health professionals
• Play a key role in delivering accurate timely genetic testing services

What youll bring

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment
• Proven ability to work with speed and accuracy in a high-volume setting with strong attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet KPIs
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
