Job Summary
Location: DIDO to Shine Iron Ore Mine
Roster: 2/1 7 Days 7 Nights 7 Days Off - 12-Hour Shifts
Rate: $57.81 per hour Superannuation
Type: Permanent
Join our team as an experienced Loader Operator. This is a Drive-In Drive-Out position based at our Shine Iron Ore Mine
In this role youll be responsible for safely and efficiently loading quad side tipper road trains in a production mining environment and operating a Watercart as required.
- Accommodation and meals are all provided at the mine site camp fully equipped with modern conveniences
- Be part of a team that truly values safety integrity and doing things well. We work together in a supportive down-to-earth environment where everyone looks out for each other
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Accurate product loading following load plans using a loadmaster unit
- Sound knowledge and understanding of AMMS requirements
- Minimum two years experience in similar role
- Proven safety track record & have an ongoing commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to work independently with demonstrated high-level work ethic
- Ability to follow strict workplace and safety procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people
- Willingness to complete pre-employment medical exam
Qualifications :
- Current C Class Drivers licence
- WA600 or similar experience
- Section 26 (26 Supervisor Certification) - Essential
