Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamicChannelFocused Product Marketerto specialize inSystems Integrators (SIs) ValueAdded Resellers (VARs) and strategic partners like Microsoftincluding cloud marketplaces. This role willdefine build and optimize RoutetoMarket (RTM) andGotoMarket (GTM) motionsfor each partner segment to accelerate growth improve win rates and enablechannel-influencedmotionsfor theConfidence Platform. You will craft segmentspecific narratives and assets partner closely with Field Marketing globally to execute campaigns and events and continuously enableinternal and external audiences onmarket trends solution value andcompetitive threatsrelative to these channel segments.
What will you be doing
As our Channel Product Marketer you will own the partnersegmentGTMstrategy for SIs VARs and strategic alliances (e.g. Microsoft) translating it into programs assets and enablement that drive pipeline and revenue.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and optimizing RTM & GTM motionsforSIs VARs and Microsoft (incl. marketplaces)from positioning and packaging to activation and field readiness.
- Buildingsellthrough motionsfor theConfidence Platform including offer constructs partner value narratives and repeatable plays aligned to target buyer personas and verticals.
- Developing segmentspecific assets(e.g. partner playbooks solution briefs message maps pitch decks usecase kits ROI/TCO calculators marketplace listing copy privateoffer templates and cosell materials).
- Collaborating with Field Marketing globallyto execute partner campaigns roadshows and events; aligning on goals audience localization and followup enablement.
- Enabling partneraligned internal teams(Channel Managers Partner Sales SEs) andexternal partnerswith training talk tracks certification/readiness content and deal support tools that increase activation and win rates.
- Owning Microsoft/Marketplace motions: partner narrative cosell readiness marketplace positioning pricing guidance listing optimization and launch/refresh plansincluding enablement for private offers and sellthrough workflows.
- Analyzingcompetitive threatsin channel contexts; producingbattlecards comparison guides objection handling and fieldtested countertactics for both internal teams and partners.
- Partnering withProduct and Product Marketingto inform roadmap and packaging for partnerled routes surfacing segmentspecific gaps/opportunities that improvewin rate and attach.
- Establishingdashboards and feedback loopswith Channel/Alliances Sales Ops and Field Marketing to track impact (pipeline influenced revenue activation asset adoption) and iterate GTM plays.
- Acting as athought partnerinstrategicallianceinitiatives(e.g. Microsoft) to align campaigns messaging solution maps and partnerled launch moments.

The Salary Range for this role is $120000 - 140000. At AvePoint we strive to offer competitive fair and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate with final offers based on location experience skills and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary comprehensive benefits (medical dental vision 401(k) with match unlimited PTO) and depending on the role bonuses commissions or equity (RSUs).
