Job Description Summary
GE Vernova Gas Power is seeking a Contract Performance Manager to join our Asia Services team in Australia. This is a front line customer facing role supporting key power generation customers and their gas turbine assets.
Acting as the primary interface between customers and GE Vernovas cross functional teams you will be the driving force behind contract performance ensuring customer assets are maintained outages are effectively planned and executed and plants remain reliable and available.
Job Description
You will lead and coordinate engineering planning field services parts commercial and quality teams to deliver safe highquality service execution across multiyear and transactional contracts. The role is accountable for outage delivery issue resolution proactive risk management and building strong longterm customer relationships that drive satisfaction and performance outcomes.
What you will do
- Lead the performance of LongTerm Service Agreements and transactional contracts for gas turbine customers
- Plan and coordinate power plant outages including parts resources logistics and schedules
- Work closely with customer Operations & Maintenance teams to optimise asset reliability and availability
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams (engineering planning field service parts commercial quality and EHS) to deliver safe and effective service execution
- Identify and manage technical commercial and contractual risks driving timely issue resolution
- Act as the focal point for customer communication ensuring transparency trust and satisfaction
- Support contract administration variations invoicing and financial performance in line with agreed KPIs
What were looking for
- Experience in gas turbine services power generation or industrial asset operations
- Background in contract management project coordination outage planning or service delivery
- Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams in a fastpaced operational environment
- Strong communication problemsolving and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across Australia (and occasionally regionally)
Experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbines (including legacy Alstom fleets) and outage execution is highly regarded but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience in complex industrial services.
