Deliver high quality induction technical and capability uplift training for Motor Vehicle Assessors and other identified audience groups contributing to a consistent national standard of technical excellence. The role facilitates learning assesses competence against the Certificate IV in Vehicle Loss Assessing and internal standards and provides insights to strengthen the design and continuous improvement of assessor learning under the governance and approval of the National Assessing Capability Lead.
What youll do:
Facilitate induction technical systems and process training for new and existing Motor Vehicle Assessors (virtual on site and blended)
Deliver approved upskill and refresher training programs aligned to Assessing and Motor Claims standards
Deliver external repairer/partner training enablement solutions as approved by the National Assessing Capability Lead
Conduct competence assessments aligned to the Certificate IV in Vehicle Loss Assessing and internal assessment tools
Provide feedback and recommendations to the National Assessing Capability Lead regarding improvements to learning solutions.
What youll bring:
Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment Required (or a commitment to obtain the qualification within 12 months)
Technical proficiency in assessing systems and tools (e.g. ClaimCenter Solera AudaNet/AudaWatch)
Significant experience as an Assessor or Technical SME in Motor Claims
Technical training design and delivery preferably in large complex organisation
Ability to explain complex rules and concepts clearly and effectively
Relate well to people in all roles and liaise effectively on complex sensitive and confidential issues.
