Job Summary
We are looking to add a Pool Server to our team. Candidate will possess ability work in high volume outdoor enviornment. This is a tipped position.

Responsibilities:
- Greets all guests arriving at the pool in a professional friendly and engaging manner.
Provide attentive efficient friendly service following SOPs - Assist with opening pool bar duties.
- Anticipate guests needs responds promptly and acknowledge all guests.
- Maintains positive guest relations at all times.
- Open set up and organize cascades dining area
- Walk pool deck during service taking food and drink orders
- Have working knowledge of bar menu and drinks garnishes and preparation methods
- Clean tables and rest as needed.
- Work closely with bartenders to provide quality guest experience
- Assist with closing shift duties
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous Experience is a Plus
- Able to work in Heat during shifts
- Able to work a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent guest service skills and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lift to 20 lbs. and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
