Job Summary
As the General Manager of Pool Beverage you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the operation of beverage services at all Wynn & Encore resort pools.
- Work with both the Hotel & F&B divisions to ensure that service is streamlined and in accordance with Wynn Las Vegas standards.
- Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.
- Scheduling training and evaluating beverage services staff ensuring quality appearance and guest service according to Wynn Las Vegas service standards.
Qualifications :
- Candidates must be able to communicate read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
- Requires a minimum of 4 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience and at least 1 year of work experience as a Senior Beverage Manager in a high-volume fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.
- Candidate must exhibit advanced service beverage and cocktail knowledge.
- Computer skills including MS Office and Point of Sales systems are preferred.
- Candidates must be able to lead and work self-managed.
- Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present or in the future for this position at all times
