Job Overview
This role supports business growth by marketing a diverse portfolio of wireless voice and data products to existing and new customers. It involves managing accounts through solutions-based selling to analyze customer needs and identify sales opportunities. The role requires acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. Success is measured by account growth customer acquisition and achievement of sales targets. The work impacts the organization by expanding the customer base and enhancing service delivery to business clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily customer communication to complete outbound and inbound calls emails and online meetings for account management
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and identify potential business opportunities for tailored product messaging
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal and order finalization to secure new and expanded accounts
  • Participate in required product and service training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless offerings
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed


Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 2 years inside outside retail or similar sales position. (Preferred)
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service sales and/or retention. (Preferred)


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. (Required)
  • Organizational Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. (Required)
  • Self-Motivation Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently. (Required)
  • Teamwork Ability to work independently and as part of a team collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. (Required)
  • Technology Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Outlook. (Required)

    Total Target Cash Pay Range: $56900 - $102600 inclusive of target incentives

    Base Pay Range: $39830 - $71820

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successfulcandidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications andexperience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this rolebased on hiring location T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
