Job Summary

Locum Physician - Radiology Opportunity in Windber PA

Join the team at a well-established medical facility located in the heart of Windber Pennsylvania. We are seeking a dedicated radiologist to provide excellent care in an onsite setting utilizing a variety of modalities including XR CT MR Fluoroscopy Ultrasound and Nuclear Medicine. The caseload includes diverse subspecialties such as Emergency Nuclear Medicine Musculoskeletal Neurology Pediatrics and Mammography diagnostic procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform radiology procedures including but not limited to XR CT MR Fluoroscopy and Ultrasound.
Conduct light interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies drainages and lumbar punctures.
Manage a daily volume of 90-100 cases during an 8-hour shift.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient procedures and interactions.

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Radiology.
Strong background in image interpretation and radiological procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

License and Certification Requirements:

Active medical license in Pennsylvania.
Current board certification in Radiology is preferred.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
