What you will do:
As a Sales Engineer you will develop and manage account portfolios by actively engaging customers and identifying opportunities to grow the Controls business. You will build strong relationships with contractors consultants and end users to understand their requirements and recommend suitable Building Management System (BMS) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for Controls/BMS solutions.
- Develop sales leads through customer visits networking and outreach activities (including cold calls where required).
- Promote BMS products and systems to design institutes industry associations and integrators to build market awareness and drive pipeline opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support longterm engagement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales & Business Performance
- Plan and contribute to annual securedorder strategies aligned with departmental goals working toward achieving assigned sales targets with yearonyear growth expectations.
- Prepare tenders and proposals for customers; participate confidently in negotiation and bidding discussions to secure orders at healthy profit levels.
- Manage order followthrough including tracking progress and coordinating with crossfunctional teams.
- Provide monthly reporting on secured orders revenue progress and key nonfinancial indicators.
Technical & Product Knowledge
- Continuously strengthen knowledge of Controls/BMS products company offerings and industry trends.
- Gather market intelligence and share insights to support business decisions.
