What youll do
Plan and coordinate biological sampling and assessment activities
Work collaboratively with monitoring teams and Fisheries Queensland colleagues
Help ensure efficient use of people assets and budgets
Provide high-quality technical advice to management and stock assessment teams
Contribute to communication materials supporting biological monitoring
Take ownership of professional tasks with initiative and accountability
Apply departmental policies and directives in your work
What were looking for
A degree in science applied science or a related field
Strong organisational technical and collaboration skills
The ability to deliver accurate practical advice in a data-driven environment
A commitment to equity diversity respect and inclusion
A current open Class C drivers licence
Eligibility
To be considered you must be an Australian citizen permanent resident or hold a visa with full work rights in Australia. Evidence of eligibility will be required during the selection process.
