We are working with a vibrant primary school in Birmingham to appoint a Full-Time Office Manager for a permanent position. Starting this March the school is looking for an experienced leader to oversee the administrative financial and front-of-house operations of the school office.

The Role
Lead and manage the school office team ensuring a professional and welcoming service for all stakeholders.
Oversee school financial processes including budget monitoring ordering and invoice processing using SIMS/FMS.
Manage HR administration including the Single Central Record (SCR) staff absence and recruitment checks.
Coordinate pupil admissions and maintain accurate records on the schools management information system (Arbor).
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior school administrative or office management role.
Proficiency in school systems such as SIMS FMS or Arbor.
The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Salaryper annum (Grade GR3).
