The Role
Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4 with KS5 depending on experience
Planning and delivering engaging practical and well-structured lessons
Supporting pupils with performance work scripted pieces and exam preparation
Encouraging confidence creativity and collaboration
Contributing to school productions showcases and enrichment activities
Working collaboratively within a supportive and well-resourced department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Drama Performing Arts or a related subject
Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4
Strong classroom management and confident practical teaching skills
High expectations for pupil engagement behaviour and achievement
A professional organised and positive teaching approach
