The Role
Teaching English across KS3 and KS4
Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4 with KS5 depending on experience
Planning and delivering engaging well-structured lessons in both practical and academic settings
Supporting pupils with coursework exam preparation and performance work
Contributing to school productions showcases and enrichment activities
Working collaboratively within a supportive and well-resourced department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in English Drama or a related subject
Experience teaching English and/or Drama at secondary level
Strong classroom management and confident subject knowledge
High expectations for pupil engagement behaviour and progress
A professional organised and adaptable teaching approach
