As a Talent Acquisition Intern your mission is to fuel Sparteos hyper-growth by identifying and engaging the best talent in the AdTech ecosystem. You will act as the engine of our recruitment machine ensuring a high-quality pipeline and a seamless candidate experience that reflects our premium brand.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Active Hunting: Identify top-tier profiles on LinkedIn and specialized platforms using advanced boolean strings.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of potential candidates for current and future needs.
Market Mapping: Analyze the AdTech landscape to identify target companies and talent pools.
Candidate Engagement & Brand Ambassadorship
First Contact: Craft personalized high-conversion outreach messages that stand out in a crowded inbox.
Screening Support: Assist in the initial assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Sparteos technical and cultural standards.
Employer Branding: Promote our culture on social media and participate in recruitment events/campus fairs.
Recruitment Operations (Ops)
Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between candidates recruiters and managers.
ATS Management: Ensure our recruitment tool (Teamtailor) is perfectly up-to-date for data accuracy.
Education: Currently enrolled in a Masters degree (M1 or M2).
Mindset: Proactive resilient (sourcing is a marathon) and Growth oriented.
Communication: Fluent in English and French; ability to write punchy professional content.
Organization: High level of rigor in managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools; a curiosity for the AdTech/Programmatic industry is a major plus.
