What the job involves
Developing strong original conceptual ideas across campaigns platforms and content
Translating complex subject matter (especially within financial services) into clear engaging visual storytelling
Ensuring ideas balance creativity with regulatory and brand governance requirements
Partnering closely with strategy client service and production teams
Presenting and articulating ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
Maintaining exceptional craft across design layout typography and overall visual thinking
Bringing consistency polish and clarity to every touchpoint
What you need to be considered
5 yearsexperience as a conceptual Art Director
Proven experience working within financial services
A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual depth across multiple brands and industries
Evidence of both big campaign thinking and considered executional craft
The ability to simplify complexity without losing meaning
Confidence presenting and defending creative thinking
Professional detail-oriented and collaborative approach
A portfolio link is essential were looking for conceptual campaigns integrated work and examples that show how youve brought clarity to complex briefs
