The Opportunity

Seeking a Principal Engineering Program Manager to collaborate with the Digital Care and Enablement team (DE&C) team within Digital Imaging to drive programs product releases and larger marketing moment like MAX to enable the content to millions of users to finds success and achieve goals with Products also enabling them quickly get help from our community and social teams.

Youll also partner closely with senior leaders category content and community managers to orchestrate complex product releases across Digital Media products. This role will also entail to work closely with product engineering and marketing leaders to share customer and product insights influence product experience priorities and roadmap.

Program Responsibilities

Strategic Release Planning: Partner with Product Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to define and evolve the release calendar for multiple high-impact product lines.
End-to-End Program Leadership: Own and drive all release readiness activities across engineering QA content localization legal and support - ensuring no downstream surprises.
Cross-Team Integration: Act as the glue between multiple teams. Drive alignment across functions and facilitate working sessions when misalignment or ambiguity arises.
Risk Management: Anticipate release risks early and put mitigation plans in place. Push back when timelines arent realistic - your job is to protect the integrity of the release.
Data-Driven Operations: Use dashboards and program metrics to surface bottlenecks and influence prioritization decisions across product and business teams.
Customer and Business Impact Awareness: Work backward from customer and business outcomes to shape the scope and readiness of the release.

What you need to succeed

8-10 years engineering program and release management experience leading cross functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of engineering processes &product development life cycles.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business administration or engineering (Masters degree is a plus)
Relevant certifications in project/program management such as PMP PgMP
