Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quality Analyst with 10 years of experience in software testing and strong expertise in test automation using Selenium Cypress and Playwright. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining automation frameworks while ensuring high-quality deliverables across web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium Cypress and Playwright
Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications
Develop test strategies test plans and test cases based on business requirements
Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps etc.)
Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured
Conduct regression smoke integration and system testing
Identify document and track defects using tools like JIRA
Collaborate with developers business analysts and product teams for requirement analysis
Mentor junior QA team members and review automation code
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and process improvements

Required Skills & Expertise:

10 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python)
- Cypress
- Playwright
Experience in building automation frameworks (Hybrid / POM / BDD)
Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber
Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
Experience with version control tools like Git
CI/CD pipeline integration experience
Good knowledge of API and database testing
Strong analytical and debugging skills

Good to Have:

Experience with performance testing tools
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
Knowledge of Docker or containerized environments

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
