Job Description:
GCB 5 Role Purpose Ensure quality and reliability of applications through automated testing frameworks particularly across integrated systems involving core banking data platforms and digital channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test scripts (UI API integration) Perform functional regression and performance testing Validate end-to-end flows across microservices APIs and data pipelines Test integrations involving core banking platforms (e.g. Avaloq) and downstream systems Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with developers and BAs to implement shift-left testing practices Experience testing integrated banking systems and data flows Understanding of wealth workflows (client onboarding transactions portfolio updates) Familiarity with validating data sourced from core banking systems such as Avaloq
Skills & Experience Primary: Automation tools (Selenium Cypress Playwright) Programming (Java or Python) API testing (Postman RestAssured) Secondary: CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions) Performance testing tools (JMeter Gatling)
