Our client a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Andover MA is currently looking for an Engineering Project Manager to join their expanding team.

Job Title: Engineering Project Manager / Pharma Manufacturing
Duration: 12 months contract extendable up to 48 months
Location: Andover MA

Job Description:

Summary:
The main function of an Engineering Project Manager is to oversee the planning execution and delivery of engineering projects.
A typical Engineering Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams manages budgets and timelines and ensures technical solutions meet quality and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans including schedules budgets and resource allocation Lead engineering teams through design development and implementation phases
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical challenges
Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards
Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
Review and approve engineering documentation and technical reports

Skills:
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Asana)
Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
Familiarity with budgeting cost control and risk management Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards

Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or related field required 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management or technical leadership Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience in manufacturing construction or technology industries is a plus
