Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in project management and coordination offering hands-on experience in supporting various projects across different departments. The Entry Level Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Track project progress and update project tracking tools and documentation.
- Schedule and organize project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Monitor project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage time effectively.
