Job Summary:
Value Technology Inc is seeking an experienced business-Side Project Manager to lead complex regulated programs within the Capital Markets domain. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact technology initiatives in a fast-paced front-office environment.

Required Qualifications:

PMP Certification Mandatory
8 years of Project Management experience Strong experience managing technology-based implementations
Experience managing regulatory / highly regulated initiatives
Hybrid/ Agile delivery experience Proficiency in Microsoft Project (Required)
Working knowledge of JIRA / JIRA Plans Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (executive-level reporting & storytelling)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end program delivery (business case to closeout)
Act as liaison across Technology Operations Legal Compliance & Finance
Manage risks issues dependencies & change impacts
Present executive-level program updates and governance reporting
Collaborate with agile teams and technology partners
Execute projects using enterprise PM methodologies

Preferred:

Experience in Contact Center Technologies (IVR routing call recording WFM analytics chat)
Financial services background
