Job Overview
Support the Office of Educational Supports (OES) in enhancing and maintaining the Consolidated Application within the NexSys platform. Act as a strategic liaison between OES field consultants MDE cross-office teams DTMB and vendor partners. Drive process improvements gather requirements and provide leadership in cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Improvement: Review current grant-related processes identify optimization opportunities and advise on updates.

Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings with stakeholders communicate issue status and resolutions and act as primary contact for field consultants.

Operational & Technical Liaison: Manage and prioritize tickets in Azure DevOps; translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Leadership & Team Coordination: Lead mentor and delegate tasks for business analyst teams; facilitate requirement-gathering sessions.

Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain project documentation on SharePoint; ensure process changes are well-documented.
Required Skills & Qualifications

2 years as a Business Process Reengineer

2 years with grant management systems or government-funded programs

Strong understanding of SDLC and cross-functional team leadership

Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint Azure DevOps Microsoft Office

Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills

Experience developing wireframes mockups or prototypes (Figma or similar preferred)
