Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in Shadow Systems and post-trade reconciliation to support operational workflows system enhancements and business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document business requirements related to Shadow Systems

Support post-trade reconciliation workflows and exception management
-
Partner with Operations Technology and SMEs to translate business needs into functional requirements

Create process flows BRDs FRDs and gap analysis documentation
-
Support UAT planning execution and defect tracking
-
Assist with system enhancements reporting and operational improvements
-
Ensure solutions align with regulatory compliance and audit standards
Required Qualifications

5 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services

Hands-on experience with Shadow Systems (must have)

Strong understanding of post-trade reconciliation processes (must have)

Experience working closely with operations and technology teams

Strong analytical documentation and communication skills
