Job Title: Shadow System Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Education: BA/BS required (MBA preferred)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Shadow System SME with strong hands-on experience supporting post-trade operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in Shadow Systems and post-trade reconciliation processes supporting daily operations issue resolution and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Shadow Systems supporting post-trade operations

Support and troubleshoot post-trade reconciliation breaks across multiple asset classes
-
Analyze trade lifecycle events including confirmation settlement and reconciliation
-
Collaborate with Operations Technology and Business teams to resolve system and data issues
-
Identify process gaps and recommend system and workflow improvements
-
Support UAT system enhancements and production releases
-
Ensure adherence to internal controls compliance and audit requirements
-
Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to junior team members
Required Qualifications

5 7 years of experience in Shadow System operations (must have)

Strong understanding of post-trade reconciliation processes (must have)

Experience working in financial services preferably capital markets
-
Ability to analyze complex data issues and drive resolution

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
