Job Title: System Admin

Duration: 12 months (potential for extension)

Location: : Palm Beach Gardens FL Onsite

Interview Process: 1 2 rounds (virtual and in person set up in the 2nd round)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

What were looking for:

Solid experience in IT Operations Systems Administration or Systems Analysis
Strong background in hardware/software asset management
Hands-on experience with patch management and vulnerability remediation
Proven experience handling Incident Major Incident and Problem Management (ITIL preferred)
Experience coordinating performance & capacity reviews with business stakeholders
Comfortable managing Transition to Operations (TTO) activities
Experience with Jira or similar issue/risk tracking tools
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
