Job Summary
What are we looking for
- A seasoned business Analyst with Data Products- Commercial Insurance background.
- Must have minimum 15 years of experience.
- Must have Versatile experience in Enterprise Data warehouse & applications
Detailed Description: -
- Experience of working as a business analyst in a major consultancy and the ability to demonstrate core consulting values
- Underwriting requirements and processes in commercial Insurance
- Demonstrable hands-on experience of complex systems implementations across multiple functional areas and territories.
- Self-starter able to work without day-to-day direction.
- Experience of working successfully with multiple vendors and internal delivery teams to achieve on time on budget and quality delivery.
- Strong IT and business stakeholder management skills. Able to work directly with key business resources across underwriting and actuarial.
- Document current business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Create detailed process maps and diagrams to aid in visualizing and understanding current and future states.
- Have a broad understanding of application and environment architecture including dataflow into an Enterprise Datawarehouse and onwards to further downstream applications.
- Clear communication on project recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to share insights and gather feedback
- Previous experience with commercial combined insurance products is beneficial.
