Job Summary

Job Description: Our client is seeking a Front-End Chatbot Developer to design and implement engaging user-friendly chatbot interfaces. This role involves working closely with UX designers backend developers and product teams to deliver conversational experiences that enhance customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop responsive accessible and high-performing chatbot UIs using modern front-end frameworks.
  • Integrate chatbot interfaces with backend APIs and conversational AI platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to ensure intuitive design and seamless user experience.
  • Optimize performance for multiple devices and browsers.
  • Implement secure coding practices and adhere to enterprise standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Front-End Technologies: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript.
  • Frameworks & Libraries: (or Angular/Vue) Redux or similar state management tools.
  • Chatbot Platforms: Experience with conversational UI frameworks (e.g. Bot Framework Web Chat Rasa UI).
  • API Integration: RESTful services JSON handling.
  • UI/UX Principles: Responsive design accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Tools: Git npm/yarn build tools (Webpack Babel).
  • Testing: Unit and integration testing (Jest Cypress).
  • Familiarity with enterprise deployment environments and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
Nice to Have
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP) for chatbot hosting.
  • Understanding of conversational AI concepts and NLP integration.
  • Experience in agile development environments.
