Key Responsibilities - Develop responsive accessible and high-performing chatbot UIs using modern front-end frameworks.
- Integrate chatbot interfaces with backend APIs and conversational AI platforms.
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure intuitive design and seamless user experience.
- Optimize performance for multiple devices and browsers.
- Implement secure coding practices and adhere to enterprise standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Front-End Technologies: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript.
- Frameworks & Libraries: (or Angular/Vue) Redux or similar state management tools.
- Chatbot Platforms: Experience with conversational UI frameworks (e.g. Bot Framework Web Chat Rasa UI).
- API Integration: RESTful services JSON handling.
- UI/UX Principles: Responsive design accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Tools: Git npm/yarn build tools (Webpack Babel).
- Testing: Unit and integration testing (Jest Cypress).
- Familiarity with enterprise deployment environments and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
Nice to Have - Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP) for chatbot hosting.
- Understanding of conversational AI concepts and NLP integration.
- Experience in agile development environments.
