Job Description: Trilyon is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to support structured project delivery within a fast-paced enterprise environment. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple project executions ensuring that deliverables meet defined requirements timelines and quality standards.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scope budget resources risks and stakeholder communications while maintaining full ownership of project artifacts and governance documentation. This role requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and the ability to interface with high-level agency stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
As a Senior Project Manager you will facilitate project activities drive accountability and maintain transparent communication through structured reporting and documentation. The Senior Project Manager will also apply established project delivery processes manage project records in ServiceNow and continuously capture lessons learned to enhance delivery maturity.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate and lead project activities from initiation through closure.
Develop and ensure project deliverables align with defined business and technical requirements.
Manage project timelines scope budgets stakeholders and resource allocation.
Oversee RIDAC management (Risks Issues Decisions Actions and Changes).
Provide excellent communication including weekly status reports and detailed meeting minutes.
Track tasks and action items ensuring timely follow-through and accountability.
Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment.
Interface and communicate with senior-level stakeholders and leadership.
Maintain ownership of all required project artifacts and documentation.
Capture and document ongoing lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project records within ServiceNow and maintain accurate documentation.
Learn and apply structured project delivery processes and governance frameworks.
Collaborate with portfolio teams and management to provide project health updates and request support when needed.
Required Skills & Experience: Bachelors degree or Masters degree in a related field.
PMP Certification (required).
7 years of proven project management experience preferably in enterprise or government environments.
5 years of experience managing full project lifecycle including scope schedule and budget control.
5 years of experience in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
3 years of experience in risk management and RIDAC governance processes.
3 years of experience using project management tools such as ServiceNow or similar systems.
Strong documentation skills including status reporting meeting facilitation and artifact management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Schedule: Monday Friday
8 hours per day
