Responsibilities
recruitment support: assist with posting job ads on various platforms screening resumes
scheduling interviews and conducting background or reference checks
onboarding & offboarding: coordinate orientation sessions for new hires prepare
welcome materials ensure all new-hire paperwork is completed and manage exit
formalities for departing staff
employee record maintenance: update and maintain digital and physical personnel files
ensuring high data accuracy for audits and legal compliance
payroll & benefits assistance: track employee attendance leaves to support accurate
payroll processing. Serve as a point of contact for basic benefit inquiries.
clerical support: handle office-related administrative tasks like sorting mail vendor
management etc.
Qualifications
bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field
(preferred)
1 2 years of experience in an administrative or entry-level HR role
mandatory knowledge of MS outlook MS Excel Word & Power Point
clear verbal and written skills for interacting with candidates and staff
exceptional time-management skills to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment
