Act as the single point of contact for assigned key customers.

Manage customer service interactions through calls and emails ensuring timely and professional responses.

Build strong relationships with existing clients to drive account retention and business expansion.

Coordinate with internal teams (Operations CS Accounts) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Prepare and analyze MIS reports using MS Excel and share updates with customers and internal stakeholders.

Handle customer escalations and ensure resolution within defined TATs.

Identify upselling / cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
-
Travel across Mumbai and Maharashtra for client meetings reviews and relationship management as required.
