Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales volume and value targets.
  • Distributor/Dealer Management: Appoint new distributors/dealers manage relationships and ensure primary and secondary sales targets are met.
  • Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify new industrial/automotive customers and expand market share in the assigned territory.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical knowledge regarding lubricant applications benefits and specifications to clients.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare reports on sales performance market trends and competitor activity.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with retailers mechanics and procurement managers.
  • Account Receivable (AR): Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Generally requires 1-5 years of experience in lubricants spare parts automobile or FMCG sales.
  • Education: A bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a technical field (like Mechanical/Chemical Engineering) is often preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in local languages and English.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of tribology or the functional applications of lubricants is a strong advantage.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
