Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess end to end payment processes (HVP LVP FX liquidity nostro/vostro) and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create detailed current state and future state process maps using standard process mapping tools.
  • Apply Lean / Lean Six Sigma techniques to remove waste reduce errors and streamline operational flow.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to implement process changes and monitor outcomes.
  • Support root cause analysis and problem solving activities within payments operations.
  • Ensure alignment with Banks process improvement standards and risk/control expectations.
  • Provide clear recommendations that improve efficiency reduce cycle time and enhance operational stability.

Required Payments Knowledge

  • Understanding of high value and low value payments FX products and end to end FX processing nostro/vostro accounting
  • Familiarity with intraday and end of day liquidity management
  • Understanding of operational and risk controls in payment environments

Working knowledge of SWIFT ISO 20022 for payments and cash management

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in payments operations process improvement or related functions
  • Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology partners
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving
